How to identify excessive worrying

In today's society we often have a tendency to start worrying about things before we pour our 1st cup of Joe in the mornings. Chronic worrying can become a way of life for most without them even noticing it. Many people often "worry" themselves into a deep depression or mental disorder. Worrying is a self-imposed negative thoughts that lead to stress and often anxiety that can reduce your interactions in the community. Those whom are struggling with an illness tend to feel that medication is the answer, not always. If one could learn to talk-worry-free, then the world would be a better place, or would it? To have 1 day of where your mind is at peace, try this:

Eliminate over reacting to every day life and create a worst-case scenario plan. Stop putting things off (procrastinating is what we call it) and manage your affairs according to the time you have to give. When a negative thought comes into your head ask yourself do you have proof of that situation, if not close your eyes, take a breath and focus on something else good. Also write down your problems and brainstorm on ways to fix them. And when all else fails..see a shrink!
